  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Business Development & Recruitment.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to generate and manage sales pipelines, employing data-driven strategies to identify, qualify, nurture, and progress leads.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and capability to discuss past sales performance in detail, including experiences and lessons learned that contribute to effective performance management.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another tier-one CRM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities. Proficiency in English at a business level is a must.
  • Comfort and success in an independent, distributed, and global environment where asynchronous communication and collaboration are crucial.
  • Previous experience selling to various HR personas.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and tactics for B2B prospecting (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Business Development & HR Tech.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to generate and manage sales pipelines, employing data-driven strategies to identify, qualify, nurture, and progress leads.
