Danish boasts over 30 years of comprehensive expertise in Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Tech. With an educational background in engineering, he seamlessly blends his professional acumen as a recruiter with an unwavering passion for technology. Having resided and contributed significantly to the Middle East, specifically in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, Danish has cultivated an extensive career working with multinational corporations, regional entities, and government organizations. His impactful contributions range from spearheading leadership recruitment initiatives to successfully implementing cutting-edge talent technologies, establishing himself as a recognized figure in the region.

Jan

Jan was born in 1961 and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. He graduated from the University of Pretoria and the Rand Afrikaans Universities and joined the South African Military Health Service in 1985 after the completion of his education as an Industrial Psychologist at the Rand Afrikaanse University (now the University of Johannesburg). During his military career, he was the head of the following departments at the Military Psychological Institute, the premier Psychology Research and Service delivery institute in South Africa: Selection (Psychometric assessments).
Organisation Development, Training. He left the Military service in 2001 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, after which he started his civilian career. He has worked with multinational and regional organisations in South Africa, the USA, the UK, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Singapore and the Middle East. He brings 30+ years of experience within All the facets of Human Resources, such as Payroll and HRIS design and implementation, Recruitment, Training and Development, Organisation Development and Restructuring, Start-up support, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, HR Policy & Procedures, and C-level management.
